Experiences are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase as the recipient can choose a date any time within the 6 months.
We are happy to cancel and reschedule a booking once. This, however, must be requested at least 48 hours before the booking (some venues require longer notice) and is ultimately at the discretion of our partner. We will always do our best to accommodate last minute emergencies.
We will charge your card when the items in your order is dispatched. Whilst every possible step is taken to ensure stock accuracy, if we process a sale of any product which is subsequently found to be out of stock, we will credit back a refund to your card as soon as possible and advise you accordingly.
