STANDARD DELIVERY OPTIONS

*Outside Lagos Delivery N3000.00 and above
– Any order placed after 3pm will be processed the following working day
– Orders for Saturday deliveries can be placed up until 12 noon the previous working day
– Deliveries cannot be made on public holidays and when we are on break
– Orders placed during Public Holidays will be processed the next working day
Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service to customers outside Nigeria.
OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION
We will send you a message to confirm your order has been dispatched, and also send a message to the recipient that the person would be receiving an order from you.
If you happen to make several orders for different recipients, please make the order singularly to enable us deliver the orders to the separate addresses.

All our delivery dates are estimates and we cannot always guarantee specific deadlines. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third-party involvement where delays occur due to deliveries.
Saturdays, Sundays, O’lavanda Signature Gift Holiday and all public holidays are classed as non-working days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you and your recipient are delighted with your order. However, if the order is not in a good condition or has been damaged for one reason or the other; don’t worry, just send it back to us within 3 days and provided it is in its original condition, we’ll gladly exchange it for you. Returns are only accepted if there is a proof of damage of the product(s).
